高校辅导员素质能力大赛发展现状及模式创新——基于2012-2020年全国大赛获奖评估的数据分析 被引量:1

摘要 高校辅导员素质能力大赛是提升辅导员的职业能力和专业水平,推动高校辅导员队伍职业化、专业化发展的重要举措。通过对2012-2020年共八届全国大赛370名获奖选手的数据采集与挖掘,梳理了全国高校辅导员素质能力大赛的发展脉络与特点,归纳了大赛的模块设置与能力考察,从区域、高校和选手三个层面详细分析了全国高校辅导员素质能力大赛的发展现状,并从分类指导帮扶、开展竞赛评估、创新赛制构建三个方面对全国高校辅导员素质能力大赛的持续健康发展提出对策建议。 The quality and ability competition for college advisor is an important measure to improve the professional ability and professional level of advisors and promote the professionalization and specialization of college advisor teams.Through data collection and mining of 370 award-winning players in eight national competitions from 2012 to 2020,this paper combs the development context and characteristics of the national college advisor quality and ability competition,summarizes the module setting and ability examination of the competition,analyzes the development status of the national college advisor quality and ability competition from three levels:region,university and player in detail,and puts forward countermeasures for the sustainable and healthy development of the national college advisor quality and ability competition from three aspects:classified guidance assistance,competition evaluation,innovation contest construction.
