摘要
为了解决矿山固废大量排放造成的环境问题,采用大红山铜矿的废石与尾砂作为充填材料,采用响应曲面法(RSM)与计算流体动力学(CFD)方法分析质量分数、水灰比对料浆流变特性及输送特性的影响规律。结果表明,废石-尾砂充填料浆符合Herschel-Bulkley模型,屈服应力受料浆质量分数变化的影响显著,黏度随着料浆质量分数的增大而增大,但随着水灰比的增大呈递减趋势。料浆的阻力损失、流速和质量分数均呈指数增长关系,料浆的最佳输送质量分数为83%~84%。研究结果可为废石-尾砂充填料浆的实际应用提供理论指导。
To solve the environmental problems caused by a large amount of mine solid waste discharge, waste rock and tailings from the Dahongshan copper deposit are used as backfill materials. Response surface method(RSM) and computational fluid dynamics(CFD) are used to analyze the influence of mass concentration and water-cement ratio on rheological and transport characteristics of slurry. The results show that filling slurry with waste rock-tailing conforms to the Herschel-Bulkley model, and the yield stress is most significantly affected by the change in mass concentration. The viscosity increases with the increase in mass concentration but decreases with the increase in water-cement ratio. The resistance loss of slurry increases exponentially with the flow rate and concentration, and the optimal slurry conveying concentration is 83%~84%. The research results can provide theoretical guidance for the practical application of filling slurry with waste rock-tailing.
