摘要
糖尿病是严重威胁人类健康的世界性公共卫生问题。糖尿病患者发生认知损害的风险显著提高,两者具有共同的发病机制,包括胰岛素抵抗、胰岛素缺乏、胰岛素信号传导受损、免疫失调以及线粒体功能异常等,但仍有其他潜在机制目前尚未完全阐明。近年来研究发现血小板微粒水平升高与糖尿病合并认知损害具有相关性,以血小板微粒为载体开发新型药物传输系统以治疗糖尿病合并认知损害将具有显著优势。文中总结了血小板微粒与糖尿病合并认知损害的相关性及机制的最新研究进展,以及以血小板微粒为载体开发新型药物传输系统用于治疗糖尿病合并认知损害的广阔前景,旨在为糖尿病合并认知损害的预防和治疗提供新思路。
Diabetes mellitus is a worldwide public health problem that seriously threatens human health.The prevalence of diabetes mellitus with cognitive dysfunction is increasing year by year,and have common pathogenesis,including insulin resistance,insulin deficiency,impaired insulin signal transduction,immune disorders and mitochondrial dysfunction,but there are still other potential mechanisms that have not been fully elucidated.In recent years,it has been found that the increased level of platelet microparticles is correlated with diabetes mellitus and cognitive dysfunction.There will have significant advantages to develop a new drug delivery system using platelet microparticles as a carrier to treat diabetes mellitus and cognitive dysfunction.This article summarized the correlation of platelet particles with diabetic cognitive dysfunction and new research progress of mechanisms,and platelet particles as the carrier to develop new drug delivery system for the treatment of diabetes with broad prospects of cognitive dysfunction,aimed at the prevention and treatment of diabetes mellitus with cognitive dysfunction.
