Technical Discussion on Full Frequency Conversion Water Supply Equipment

摘要 目前全变频供水设备是一种较新的供水设备,为了分析全变频供水设备的优势,采用数解法建立了水泵出口恒压时全变频供水控制与单变频控制的主泵累计能耗模型,计算了理想情况下的吨水百米扬程能耗。以西安某高校住宅小区最高日用水规律为背景,绘制了2台泵与3台泵并联运行时全变频与单变频控制的能耗与流量的关系曲线,分析了两种控制方式下水泵的调速比与节能原理。模拟结果显示,全变频控制能消除并联运行低效区,与单变频控制相比,2台泵与3台泵并联运行更节能,节能率随着流量的增大而减小,该小区全变频控制全天累计节能率达4.8%。 The full frequency conversion water supply equipment is a new type of water supply equipment at present.To analyze the advantages of the full frequency conversion water supply equipment,this paper established the cumulative energy consumption model of full frequency and single frequency conversion control on the main pump at constant pump outlet pressure with the numerical solution method.The energy consumption of 100 meters head per ton of water under ideal conditions was calculated.Taking the highest daily water consumption rule in a university residential area in Xi’an as the background,the full frequency and single frequency conversion control relation curve of energy consumption and flow were plotted when two pumps and three pumps were operated in parallel.The pump speed regulation ratio and energy saving mechanism under the two control modes were analyzed.The simulation results showed that the parallel inefficiency zone was eliminated by the full frequency conversion control.The running of two pumps and three pumps both saved more energy than single frequency conversion control and the energy saving rate decreased with the flow increasing.The full frequency conversion control of this district saved more energy than single frequency conversion control throughout the day with an energy saving rate of 4.8%.
