摘要
苏州高新污水厂为迁建工程,设计规模10×10^(4)m^(3)/d,采用A^(2)O/双层平流沉淀池/深度处理工艺,通过全地下建设模式,减小了污水厂运行对周边环境的影响。双层沉淀池作为一种特殊形式的平流沉淀池,具有处理负荷高、用地节约等特点,介绍了其主要设计参数及总体布置方式、上下游衔接方式、沉淀区配水模式等,该池在利用有限空间的基础上实现了布水均匀、运行稳定。本工程用地面积仅为建设标准的45%,释放用地4.2 hm^(2),实现了节约土地和综合投资的目标。
Suzhou hi-tech sewage treatment plant is a relocation project with a design scale of 10×10^(4)m^(3)/d.Its treatment process consists of A^(2)O process,double deck horizontal flow sedimentation tank and advanced treatment,which reduces the impact of sewage plant operation on the surrounding environment through the underground construction mode.As a special form of horizontal flow sedimentation tank,double deck horizontal flow sedimentation tank has the following features:high treatment load and land saving.This paper introduced the design parameters,general layout,upstream and downstream connection and water distribution mode in the sedimentation area.On the basis of using the limited space,the water distribution of the sedimentation tank was uniform and the operation was stable.The footprint area of this project was only 45%of the construction standard,and the land release was 4.2 hm^(2),realizing the goal of saving land and comprehensive investment.
