基于河道生态补水的市政污水APO/M工艺及应用 被引量:2

APO/M Process and Its Application in Municipal Sewage Treatment Based on River Ecological Replenishment

摘要 基于深圳雨源型河道生态补水的水质要求,以多级好氧强化除磷(APO/M)技术为主体工艺,建设一座规模为2×10^(4)m^(3)/d的生态补水回用厂。工程实践表明,以APO/M工艺为主体的污水深度处理取得了良好效果,对COD、NH_(3)-N、TP和SS的去除率均达到90%以上,满足深圳市生态河道补水《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)准Ⅲ类水标准(总氮除外)。该工艺出水可作为河道生态补水,还具有投资和运行成本低、紧凑且占地面积小、稳定并抗冲击负荷等技术优势。同步研究发现,APO/M工艺中特别设置的消氧段实现了AP池、O池和M池的协同,达到了生态补水的目标要求,增设消氧段(HRT=1 h)有效实现了AP池和O池的溶解氧梯度,并减少了AP池和O池的综合停留时间。 An ecological replenishment recycling plant with capacity of 2×10^(4)m^(3)/d is constructed taking a multi-stage aerobic enhanced phosphorus removal technology(APO/M)as the primary process,according to the water quality requirements of ecological replenishment for rain-source rivers in Shenzhen.The engineering practice shows that the advanced treatment of sewage with the primary process of APO/M technology presents a prominent effect,and the removal rates of COD,NH_(3)-N,TP,and SS achieved more than 90%,which meet level quasi-Ⅲ(except total nitrogen)in Environmental Quality Standard for Surface Water(GB 3838-2002).The effluent of the process can be used for river ecological replenishment with the technical advantages of low investment and operation cost,compact and small footprint,stability and impact load resistance.The synchronous study illustrates that the special deoxygenation section in the APO/M process realizes the coordination of the APtank,O tank,and M tank,which reaches the target requirements of ecological water replenishment.The addition of deoxygenation section(HRT=1 h)effectively achieved the dissolved oxygen gradient of APtank and O tank,and reduced the total residence time of APtank and O tank.
