Financial Support Common Prosperity Evaluation Model

党的二十大报告指出,共同富裕是中国式现代化的重要特征,是中国特色社会主义的本质要求。在推动共同富裕的进程中,需要实现经济质的有效提升和量的合理增长,需要强化金融要素保障,把更多资源投入到经济社会发展的重点领域和薄弱环节。为更好地评价和改进金融支持共同富裕工作,本文设立三级评估指标体系,并运用因子分析理论,构建指标权重测算方法和结果评估模型,探索对金融支持共同富裕成效进行量化分析的路径。

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that common prosperity is an important feature of China’s modernization and the essential requirement of socialism with Chinese characteristics. In the process of promoting common prosperity, it is necessary to achieve effective improvement in economic quality and reasonable growth in quantity, strengthen the guarantee of financial factors, and invest more resources in key areas and weak links of economic and social development. In order to better evaluate and improve the work of financial support for common prosperity, this paper establishes a three-level evaluation index system, and uses factor analysis theory to construct an index weight measurement method and a result evaluation model, and explores the way to quantitatively analyze the effectiveness of financial support for common prosperity.
