摘要
通过86个人力资源管理团队的387名团队成员的配对数据,基于HLM跨层模型探究了团队心理资本、团队成员关系绩效、团队支持感三者之间关系。使用跨层研究方法对团队层面变量与个体层面变量进行分析,结果显示团队心理资本与团队成员关系绩效呈显著正相关;团队支持感在团队心理资本与团队成员关系绩效中发挥中介作用。最后根据分析结果,对企业提出了相关的建议。
The paper explores the relationship between team psychological capital,team member’s contextual performance and team support based on HLM cross-level model through the paired data of 387 team members from 86 human resource management teams.Cross-level research methods are used to analyze team level variables and individual level variables.The conclusion shows that team psychological capital is positively correlated with team members'contextual performance;team support plays an intermediary role in team psychological capital and team members'contextual performance.Finally,according to the analysis results,the paper puts forward relevant suggestions for enterprises.
