发酵杂交构树对海兰褐蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和小肠组织形态的影响 被引量:1

Effect of fermented hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera on production performance,egg quality and small intestinal morphology of Hyline brown laying hens

摘要 试验旨在研究不同比例发酵杂交构树对海兰褐蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和小肠组织形态的影响。选取24周龄海兰褐蛋鸡270只,随机分为6组,每组3个重复,每个重复15只蛋鸡。对照组蛋鸡饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别添加1.5%(Ⅰ组)、2.5%(Ⅱ组)、3.5%(Ⅲ组)、4.5%(Ⅳ组)、8.0%(Ⅴ组)发酵杂交构树替代基础日粮。试验期8周。结果显示,与对照组相比,Ⅳ组、Ⅴ组蛋鸡的产蛋率显著降低(P<0.05),料蛋比显著升高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组的蛋黄颜色显著升高(P<0.05),Ⅳ组蛋壳厚度显著升高(P<0.05)。Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组蛋鸡的十二指肠绒毛高度、绒隐比显著升高(P<0.05),Ⅴ组蛋鸡的绒毛高度显著降低(P<0.05);Ⅲ组蛋鸡的回肠绒毛高度显著升高(P<0.05),Ⅴ组蛋鸡回肠绒毛高度显著降低(P<0.05),Ⅲ组蛋鸡绒隐比显著高于Ⅴ组(P<0.05)。小肠组织切片结果显示,各组十二指肠、空肠均未见明显异常,Ⅴ组回肠出现肠腺萎缩。研究表明,蛋鸡日粮中添加发酵杂交构树可提高蛋黄颜色,改善小肠组织结构,提高蛋鸡对营养物质的消化吸收,添加比例为3.5%时改善效果较好。 The experiment was to study the effect of different proportions of fermented hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera on production performance,egg quality and small intestine tissue morphology of Hyline brown laying hens.A total of two hundred and seventy 24-week-old Hyline brown laying hens were randomly divided into six groups,with three replicates in each group and 15 laying hens in each replicate.The laying hens in control group were fed with basic diet,and laying hens in test group were fed with 1.5%(group Ⅰ),2.5%(group Ⅱ),3.5%(group Ⅲ),4.5%(group Ⅳ),8.0%(group Ⅴ)fermented hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera instead of basic diet.The test period was 8 w.The results showed that compared with control group,the egg production rate of group Ⅳ and group Ⅴ was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and feed to egg ratio was significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the yolk color of group Ⅲ and group Ⅳ was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the eggshell thickness of group Ⅳ was significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the duodenal villus height and villus to crypt ratio in group Ⅰ,group Ⅱand group Ⅲ were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the villus height in group Ⅴ was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the ileal villus height in group Ⅲ was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the ileal villus height in group V was significantly reduced(P<0.05),the velocity to covert ratio in group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅴ(P<0.05).The results of small intestine tissue section showed that there was no obvious abnormality in duodenum and jejunum in each group,and intestinal gland atrophy occurred in ileum in group Ⅴ.The study indicates that adding fermented hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera to basic diet of laying hens can improve the color of egg yolk,the structure of small intestine tissue,and the digestion and absorption of nutrients by laying hens.The improvement effect is better when the addition proportion is 3.5%.
