基于CiteSpace对中草药防治奶牛乳房炎的研究趋势及热点的可视化分析

Visual analysis of research trends and hotspots of Chinese herbal medicine in prevention and treatment of dairy cow mastitis based on CiteSpace

试验旨在探究中草药防治奶牛乳房炎的研究热点及趋势。试验运用CiteSpace软件对中草药防治奶牛乳房炎的相关文献从年发文量、文献来源及关键词进行可视化分析。结果显示,中草药防治奶牛乳房炎文献主要来源于黑龙江畜牧兽医、中国奶牛、动物医学进展等期刊,研究热点涉及抑菌试验、致病菌、药敏试验、耐药性分析、分离鉴定等领域,研究方法包括综述、系统评价、试验研究、临床治疗及安全性评价等。研究表明,中草药防治奶牛乳房炎的研究主要集中在畜牧科学、兽医科学及饲料与添加剂等领域,其中致病菌的分离鉴定与耐药性评价始终是研究的热点。

The study was to explore the research hotspot and trend of Chinese herbal medicine for preventing and treating dairy cow mastitis.In the experiment,Cite Space software was used to visually analyze the literature related to prevention and treatment of dairy mastitis by Chinese herbal medicine from the annual number of publications,literature sources and keywords.The results showed that the literature of mainly comes from Heilongjiang journals such as animal husbandry and veterinary,Chinese dairy cows,and progress in animal medicine.The research focuses include bacteriostasis test,pathogenic bacteria,drug sensitivity test,drug resistance analysis,isolation and identification,etc.The research methods include review,systematic review,experimental study,clinical treatment and safety evaluation.The study indicates that the research on prevention and treatment of dairy mastitis by Chinese herbal medicine mainly focuses on animal husbandry science,veterinary science,feed and additives,among which the isolation and identification of pathogenic bacteria and the evaluation of drug resistance are always research hotspots.
