摘要
研究旨在建立一种超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定饲料中黄曲霉毒素B_(1)和玉米赤霉烯酮。试验样品经84%乙腈水溶液提取,净化,稀释定容后上机测定。结果显示,该方法在0.5~50.0μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数R^(2)≥0.999 0;黄曲霉毒素B_(1)的空白样品平均加标回收率在81.8%~91.6%,精密度(RSD)≤4.5%;玉米赤霉烯酮的空白样品平均加标回收率在84.5%~93.9%,RSD≤4.1%。研究表明,该方法能够满足饲料中黄曲霉毒素B_(1)和玉米赤霉烯酮同步检测的要求。
The study was to establish a method for the simultaneous determination of aflatoxin B_(1) and zearalenone in feed by UPLC-MS/MS.The sample was extracted by 84% acetonitrile aqueous solution,purified,diluted and fixed volume,and then determined on machine.The results showed that the method has a good linear relationship within the range of 0.5~50.0 μg/L,and the correlation coefficient R^(2) ≥ 0.999 0.The average spiked recovery of the blank sample of aflatoxin B_(1) was 81.8%~91.6%,and RSD was ≤ 4.5%.The average spiked recovery of zearalenone blank sample was 84.5%~93.9%,and RSD was ≤ 4.1%.The study indicates that the method can meet the requirements of simultaneous detection of aflatoxin B_(1) and zearalenone in feed.
