汽轮机外缸尺寸气刨方法的研究及应用

摘要 通过测量汽轮机外缸尺寸,按图纸公差需求,提出尺寸气刨控制方法及流程,针对大面积气刨难点专项控制,对尺寸检测和气刨方法改进,利用网格式测量,优化气刨流程,提供一种新的气刨返修操作方法和尺寸检测方法,使铸件一次处理合格,减少反复气刨、铲磨、吊运、尺寸测量次数,提高生产效率,降低成本。 By measuring the size of the outer cylinder of the steam turbine and according to the tolerance requirements of the drawing,the dimensional air gouging control method and process have been proposed.Aiming at the special control of the difficulty of large area air gouging,the size detection&air gouging method have been improved and the grid format measurement has been used to optimize the air gouging process,while a new air gouging repair operation method and size detection method have been provided to make the casting qualified at one time and reduce the number of repeated air gouging,shoveling,lifting,and size measurement,which improves production efficiency and reduces costs.
