摘要
近年来,中央广播电视总台全面推进媒体深度融合,已明确提出要从传统技术布局向5G+4K/8K+AI战略格局转变,5G、4K/8K超高清、AI等数字化制播系统已成为地方电视台建设国际新型主流媒体的最重要的技术支撑。在分析电视新闻数字化制播系统需求的基础上,研究该系统的主要设备性能指标和基本功能,并针对电视制播系统的总体架构、高性能非线性编辑系统、配音系统和新闻文稿编辑系统等进行研究,以期为业内同仁提供相关的经验参考。
In recent years, the China Media Group has comprehensively promoted the deep integration of media. It has clearly proposed the transformation from the traditional technology layout to the strategic pattern of 5G+4K/8K+AI. Digital production and broadcasting systems such as 5G, 4K/8K ultra HD and AI have become the most important technical support for local TV stations to build new international mainstream media. Based on the analysis of the overall requirements of TV news digital production and broadcasting system, this paper studies the main equipment performance indicators and basic functions of the system, and studies the overall architecture of TV news production and broadcasting system, high-performance nonlinear editing system, dubbing system and news editing system, in order to provide relevant experience reference for colleagues in the industry.
