一种带涂层的复合胶框对侧入式模组光学效果改善研究

摘要 研究一种带涂层的复合胶框对侧入式背光模组光学的改善效果。复合胶框的设计,有别与传统通过注塑成型的纯白色或纯黑色胶框的设计。该复合胶框以传统单色胶框为基础,在胶框上制作涂层。通过理论分析和实验测试,该复合胶框既可以反射或透射从导光板逸出的光线,提高背光的利用率,避免显示区周边发暗的不良,又可以兼顾解决胶框四周的漏光问题,这样可以简化甚至取消背光模组四边贴附遮光胶带的工艺流程。故该复合胶框不仅可以节约生产成本和人力成本,而且可以缩短生产时间,对实际生产及背光模组设计都有一定的参考意义。 This paper makes a research on the improvement effect of a coated composite plastic frame on the side entry backlight module. The design of the composite plastic frame is different from that of the traditional pure white or pure black plastic frame formed by injection molding. The composite plastic frame is based on the traditional monochrome plastic frame, and then a coating is made on the plastic frame. Through theoretical analysis and experimental testing, the composite plastic frame can reflect or transmit the light escaping from the light guide plate, improve the utilization of backlight, avoid the poor darkening around the display area, and solve the light leakage problem around the plastic frame at the same time, which can simplify or cancel the process flow of attaching the light shielding tape on the four sides of the backlight module. Therefore, the composite plastic frame can not only save the production cost&labor cost, but also shorten the production time, so it has a certain reference significance for the actual production and the design of the backlight module.
