河北省城乡居民癌症防治素养具备情况及其影响因素分析

Health literacy about cancer prevention and control and its influencing factors among urban and rural residents in Hebei province

目的了解河北省城乡居民癌症防治素养情况及其影响因素,为今后癌症防治科普内容方案的制定提供参考依据。方法采用国家癌症中心和中国健康教育中心统一制定的调查问卷,于2021年5月1日—6月30日采用分层随机抽样方法在河北省16个区(县)抽取6000名≥15岁城乡居民进行癌症防治素养面访调查。结果最终有效调查的5847名城乡居民中,具备癌症防治素养3921人,癌症防治素养具备率为67.06%,其中男性和女性居民的癌症防治素养具备率分别为60.50%和71.73%,城市和农村居民的癌症防治素养具备率分别为71.83%和58.62%;多因素非条件logistic回归分析结果显示,女性、文化程度中学及以上、已婚、脑力劳动者(除外医务人员)、医务人员、其他劳动者、自评健康状况一般和较好、有癌症家族史的河北省居民更易具备癌症防治素养,居住在农村的河北省居民更不易具备癌症防治素养。结论河北省城乡居民癌症防治素养的具备率较高,性别、文化程度、婚姻状况、职业、居住地、自评健康状况和有无癌症家族史是河北省城乡居民癌症防治素养具备情况的主要影响因素。

Objective To explore the status and influencing factors of health literacy about cancer prevention and control among urban and rural residents of Hebei province for providing reference to the popularization of cancer prevention and control knowledge in the population.Methods With the questionnaire developed by National Cancer Institute and China Health Education Center and stratified random sampling,face-to-face interviews were conducted among 6000 permanent residents aged≥15 years in 16 districts/counties of Hebei province during May-June 2021.Results Of the 5847participants with valid responses,3921(67.06%)were assessed as being with health literacy about cancer prevention and control and the proportion of being with the health literacy was 60.50%and 71.73%for the male and female participants,71.83%and 58.62%for the urban and rural participants.Multivariate binary logistic regression analysis showed that the participants with following characteristics are more likely to have the health literacy about cancer prevention and control:female gender,with the education of middle school and above,married,being mental worker other than medical personnel,being medical worker,with occupations other than mental/manual/medical worker,with a self-reported fair or good health status,and with family cancer history;while,the participants living in rural regions are less likely to have the health literacy.Conclusion The health literacy about cancer prevention and control was at a high level relatively and mainly influenced by gender,marital status,education,occupation,living region,self-rated health,and family cancer history among urban and rural re sidents of Hebei province.
