资本主义国家过渡到帝国主义阶段后,其积累模式与掠夺世界的方式不断演进,主要经历了传统帝国主义、新帝国主义、数字帝国主义三个历史时期。当前的数字帝国主义的基本特征可以概括为五个方面:一是平台成为新的组织形态,数字化生产不断集中,形成了巨型数字垄断公司;二是数字资本与产业资本和金融资本等相结合,数字寡头逐渐在经济生活中起决定性作用;三是数字输出的意义更为重大;四是形成了瓜分全球产业链的数字寡头同盟;五是更加追求意识形态上的数字殖民。数字帝国主义所依赖的掠夺式生产关系使其充斥着内外矛盾,其所推行的霸权主义必将被更加符合世界各国人民愿景的“数字命运共同体”所替代。

After capitalist countries transitioned to the stage of imperialism, their accumulation mode and the way of plundering the world continued to evolve, mainly going through three historical periods from traditional imperialism to new imperialism and to digital imperialism.The basic characteristics of the current digital imperialism can be summarized into five aspects: first, the platform has become a new organizational form, and digital production has been continuously concentrated, forming giant digital monopoly companies;second, digital capital combines with industrial capital and financial capital, and digital oligarchs gradually play a decisive role in economic life;third, the significance of digital output is more significant;fourth, a digital oligarchic alliance has been formed to divide up the global industrial chain;fifth, ideological digital colonization is more pursued.The predatory relations of production on which digital imperialism rests makes it full of internal and external contradictions, and the hegemonism it promotes will surely be replaced by“digital community of destiny”that is more in line with the vision of people around the world.
