摘要
从工程实际出发,运用有限元法研究不同因素对某机型机翼阶梯搭接结构钉载分配比例的影响。首先综合考虑接触摩擦、螺栓预紧以及材料塑性等因素运用ABAQUS软件进行建模,计算结果通过与文献进行对比,吻合程度较好,验证了模拟方法以及钉载提取方法的正确性。之后通过控制变量,分别研究了阶梯高度、螺栓排列方式、螺栓孔边距对结构钉载分配比例以及孔边最大应力的影响,为结构的设计以及优化提供了可靠的数据分析。
Based on engineering practice,finite element method is used to study the influence of different factors on the pin load distribution ratio of one wing stepped lap structure.First of all,ABAQUS software is used to build the model considering contact friction,bolt pretightening and material plasticity.The calculated results are compared with the literature,and the results are in good agreement,which verifies the correctness of the simulation method and pin load extraction method.The influence of step height,bolt arrangement and bolt hole margin on the structure pin load distribution ratio and the maximum stress at the hole edge are studied by controlling variables,which provides reliable data analysis for the structure design and optimization.
