本方案提出了儿童新冠病毒感染的中成药防治建议。按照辨证论治的原则,分列为“儿童预防用药”,推荐了反复呼吸道感染儿童肺气虚证、肺脾气虚证的中成药;“儿童治疗用药”,提供了轻型、普通型新冠病毒感染患儿治疗中成药,分别以发热恶寒、头晕乏力、肌肉酸痛、鼻塞流涕等为主症者,兼见咽痛、咽干症状者,兼见咳嗽较重者,兼见恶心、呕吐、食欲不佳、腹泻等症者,提出了相应的中成药,介绍了各药品的组成、功效、适用证候,以供临床选择应用。

This program suggests the use of Chinese patent medicines for the prevention and treatment of coronavirus infections in children.Based on the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment, the recommended preventive patent medicines include those for pulmonary qi deficiency syndrome and lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome in children with recurrent respiratory tract infections.Therapeutic patent drugs may be prescribed for children with coronavirus infections ranging from mild to severe, who are experiencing symptoms such as fever, cold aversion, dizziness and fatigue, muscle soreness, nasal congestion and a runny nose, or a sore and dry throat, as well as more severe symptoms such as a severe cough, nausea, vomiting, poor appetite and diarrhea.The clinical use of each Chinese patent medicine is supported by information on its composition, efficacy, and applicable syndromes.
