孙丽平教授运用泻黄散加减治疗小儿脾系疾病举隅

Proved cases of professor SUN Liping using modified Xiehuang San(泻黄散) in the treatment of children with spleen diseases

孙丽平教授依据小儿特殊的生理和病理特点,认为泻黄散不仅用于治疗脾经伏热证的实证,而且也可治疗患病日久,因虚致实者。治疗初期宜用泻黄散加减以清泄脾胃伏火,后期以滋阴除热、益气健脾为主,疗效显著。列举了运用泻黄散加减治疗小儿口疮案、腹痛案、便秘案、积滞案、胃脘痛案等脾系疾病5则案例,以资验证。

According to the special physiological and pathological characteristics of children, professor SUN Liping holds that Xiehuang San(泻黄散) is not only used to treat the excess syndrome of spleen meridian with latent heat syndrome,but also to treat the disease with excess syndrome turned from deficiency syndrome because of long time illness.With remarkable curative effect,modified Xiehuang San is used to clear away the latent fire of spleen and stomach in the early stage of treatment and was mainly used for nourishing yin,removing heat,invigorating qi and invigorating spleen in the later stage.Five cases of spleen diseases such as children’s aphtha, abdominal pain, constipation,stagnation and epigastric pain treated by modified Xiehuang San are attached for verification.
