中药熏蒸治疗儿童过敏性紫癜的研究进展

Research progress of Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura in children

从作用机制、临床应用以及影响因素3个方面阐述近年来中药熏蒸治疗儿童过敏性紫癜(HSP)的研究进展。现有的研究证实中药熏蒸治疗儿童HSP具有确切的疗效和显著的优势,但仍存在一些问题,如作用机制研究不够深入、缺乏客观的评价指标、操作方法不规范等,并且指出今后进一步的研究方向,旨在为中医临床工作者应用中药熏蒸治疗儿童HSP提供参考。

From three aspects of mechanism of action, clinical application and influencing factors, this paper expounds the research progress of Chinese herbal fumigation in the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura(HSP) in children in recent years.Existing researches have confirmed that Chinese herbal fumigation has definite curative effect and obvious advantages, but there are still some problems, such as insufficient research on mechanism of action, lack of objective evaluation indexes, nonstandard operation methods, etc.,The paper also points out the research direction in the future, aiming at providing reference for doctors to apply Chinese herbal fumigation to the treatment of HSP in children.
