摘要
以乡村振兴为发展目标,探索以小规模经营模式为基础发展的农产品供应链的数字化系统的设计,同时延伸其服务系统的可持续设计,通过设计实践及应用效果总结设计方法。以服务系统设计方法和数字化技术优化设计现有小规模经营模式下农产品供应链系统;以故事演绎、文化传承及创新为方法,进行农产品供应链数字化周边产品及服务设计;以服务设计理念,打造旅游文化农产品的数字化地域礼物,提升地区经济发展。通过“供应链系统”“表情包”“水果卡”等系统性服务设计实践与应用,提升经营者的销量及工作效率,带给消费者更好的记忆及服务体验,归纳并得出小规模经营模式农产品供应链数字化服务系统的设计方法。
Taking rural revitalization as the development goal,optimize the digitalization of the agricultural product supply chain developed by the small-scale business model,and carry out the design of a sustainable service system.Summarize the design method through design practice and application effect.Use service system design method and digital technology to design the agricultural product supply chain developed by the small-scale business model.Use innovative methods of story interpretation and cultural inheritance to design digital peripheral products and services.Based on the service system design concept,digital regional gifts of tourism and cultural agricultural products are created to improve regional economic development.Through system service applications such as“the agricultural product supply chain system”“expression pack”“fruit cards”,these designs improve the sales and work efficiency of operators,and bring consumers a better memory and service user experience.Summarize the design method of digital service system of agricultural product supply chain in smallscale business model.
