摘要
从涤纶全拉伸丝(FDY)生产工艺着手,结合多年的染色判定经验,分析了底部加热器温度、环吹风风速、第一热辊温度、第二热辊温度、拉伸倍数、异形度等对染色的影响。结果表明,选择合适的工艺条件可以有效提高纤维染色AA率,为企业增加效益。
Based on the production processes of polyester full-drawn yarn(FDY),combined with many years of dyeing experience,the effects of the temperature of the bottom heater,the annular blowing wind speed,the first hot roller temperature,the second hot roller temperature,the draw ratio and the degree of profile on dyeing were analyzed.Results show that choosing the appropriate process conditions can effectively improve the AA rate of fiber dyeing and increase the benefit for the enterprise.
