湿法消解与微波消解ICP-OES测定聚酯中的钛和锑含量

Determination of Titanium and Antimony in Polyester by ICP-OES with Wet Digestion and Microwave Digestion

摘要 采用湿法消解与微波消解聚酯(PET)切片,配制了钛和锑混合标准溶液,并对比了湿法消解和微波消解电感耦合等离子体(ICP-OES)检测钛和锑含量的方法。结果显示:钛和锑元素的标准曲线相关系数均在0.9999以上;湿法消解钛和锑元素的检出限分别是0.104μg/mL和1.499μg/mL,加标回收率在95.50%~110.92%范围内,相对标准偏差在0.430%~1.272%之间;微波消解钛和锑元素的检出限分别是24.585μg/mL和13.260μg/mL,加标回收率在87.02%~113.09%范围内,相对标准偏差在1.758%~1.859%之间。试验表明湿法消解体系的准确度和精密度高于微波消解体系,湿法消解更适于钛和锑含量的微量分析。 Polyester(PET)chips was treated by wet and microwave digestion,the mixed standard solution of titanium and antimony was prepared,the determination methods of titanium and antimony contents by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES)were compared between wet digestion and microwave digestion.The results reveal that the calibration curve of titanium and antimony elements shows good linear relationship with correlation coefficients higher than 0.9999,the titanium and antimony detection limits are 0.104μg/mL and 1.499μg/mL by wet digestion,the recovery is from 95.50% to 110.92% and the relative standard deviation is from 0.430% to 1.272%.The titanium and antimony detection limits are 24.585μg/mL and 13.260μg/mL by microwave digestion,the recovery is from 87.02% to113.09% and the relative standard deviation is from 1.758% to 1.859%.The results show that the accuracy and precision of wet digestion system is higher than that of microwave digestion system,and wet digestion is more suitable for microanalysis of titanium and antimony content.
