秸秆-粉煤灰混凝土砌块试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了减少秸秆、粉煤灰的堆积处理污染,选用秸秆-粉煤灰混凝土砌块作为研究对象,比较分析不同组分的混凝土砌块的物理抗压属性及导热性能。砌块的强度要求为C20。结果表明:将油菜秸秆掺入混凝土时,掺入秸秆的质量比例为1%、2%、3%的情况下,与普通硅酸盐混凝土相比,秸秆混凝土砌块的导热系数分别降低41.7%、47.8%、57.2%。对秸秆混凝土正交试验结果进行综合分析,得到满足C20强度的节能最优组合为秸秆材料为芝麻、秸秆掺量为2%、粉煤灰掺量为10%、水胶比为0.45,测试其抗压强度为20.12 MPa,导热系数为0.466 W/(m·K)。 In order to reduce the accumulation and treatment pollution of straw and fly ash, the paper selects straw-fly ash concrete blocks as the research object, and compares and analyzes the physical compressive properties and thermal conductivity of straw concrete blocks with different components. The strength requirement of the block is C20. The results show that when rape straw is added to the concrete and the mass ratio of straw is 1%, 2%, 3%, the thermal conductivity of the block is reduced by 41.7%, 47.8%, 57.2% respectively compared with that of ordinary silicate concrete. The orthogonal test results of straw concrete were comprehensively analyzed. The optimal combination of energy saving to meet the C20 strength is that the straw material is sesame, the content of straw is 2%, the content of fly ash is 10%, and the water binder ratio is 0.45. The compressive strength is 20.12 MPa and the thermal conductivity is 0.466 W/(m·K).
