摘要
某三甲医院采用B/S模式,利用SpringBoot、SpringMVC、MyBatis框架技术,研发死亡病例监测及评审系统,内嵌了死亡类监控指标及死亡病案专家评审表,摆脱了原始的专家线下评审方式,实现了死亡病例的实时监控、从入院到死亡全过程中的诊疗缺陷挖掘、在线评审、质量分析报告生成、风险预测等全过程质控管理。通过该系统的应用,能够实时监控死亡病例信息,避免漏报及死亡病例讨论延误等,实现多学科专家在线评审、反馈及整改,提升医院疑难危重症诊治能力、死亡病例评审效率及效果,降低死亡病例的诊疗缺陷和风险。
A 3A hospital adopted the B/S mode and used SpringBoot, Spring MVC, and MyBatis framework technologies to develop a death case monitoring and evaluation system, which was embedded with death monitoring indicators and expert evaluation forms of death medical records. It got rid of the original offline evaluation method of experts and realized the real-time monitoring of death cases, diagnosis and treatment defect mining in the whole process from admission to death, online evaluation, generation of quality analysis report, risk prediction, and other whole-process quality control management. The application of the system can monitor the information of death cases in real time, avoid omissions and delays in discussion of death cases, realize the online review, feedback, and rectification of multidisciplinary experts, improve the hospital’s ability to diagnose and treat difficult and critical diseases, and review the efficiency and effect of death cases, and reduce the diagnosis and treatment defects and risk factors of death cases.
