在绿色新发展理念引导下,为推进乐山市巩固和扩大脱贫攻坚成果和乡村振兴战略的有效衔接,对改善乡村生态环境明确提出了更多需求。本文具体梳理和总结了乐山市脱贫攻坚中绿色减贫的成果及经验,分析了当前乡村新发展阶段下生态环境面临的主要困境与挑战,结合乡村振兴背景下乐山市推动绿色发展的实践探索与有效路径,回答了乐山市绿色减贫与乡村振兴如何有效衔接的问题,从而为乐山市坚持绿色经济发展理念、为乐山市乡村振兴与可持续发展,奠定了坚实的基础。
