Exploring the Path of Social Work Interventions for the Disadvantaged in Rural Revitalization:An Example of RX Social Work Service Center in County H

社会工作与乡村振兴战略存在天然的契合点,但却没有形成因地制宜的介入乡村弱势群体的服务模式,各地因为经济状况的不同无法形成统一。经济发达地区的社会工作服务往往具有一定的优势,但却不适用于落后地区的实务介入。文章基于H县RX社会工作服务中心介入弱势群体的实践,阐述了当前乡村振兴背景下经济落后的西北地区社会工作介入弱势群体的现状,分析了实践过程中存在的现实困境,并基于此探讨提出社会工作进一步介入弱势群体的构想和措施。

There is a natural fit between social work and rural revitalization strategy,but there is no localized service model to intervene in the disadvantaged groups in rural areas.Social work services in economically developed areas often have certain advantages,but are not suitable for practical interventions in backward areas.Based on the practice of RX Social Work Service Center in County H,the article describes the current situation of social work interventions for disadvantaged groups in economically backward northwestern regions in the context of rural revitalization,analyzes the practical dilemmas in the process of practice,and proposes ideas and measures for further social work interventions for disadvantaged groups based on this discussion.
