实施乡村振兴战略,其实质就是要落实到乡民物质和精神两个层面有更多的获得感、幸福感、安全感。乡风文明建设,不仅是落实乡村振兴战略的重点,也是传承传统文化的灵魂以及稳定美好生活的关键内容。乡风文明建设是一个综合性、多方面的系统性工程。乡村振兴战略下乡风文明建设存在乡民主人翁意识缺乏、道德失范和封建思想、优秀乡村文化面临流失等问题。为了实现乡村振兴战略下乡风文明建设,必须培养乡风文明建设的乡民主人翁意识,加强乡民思想道德改善乡村生活氛围,继承和弘扬乡村优秀传统文化。

The essence of implementing the rural revitalization strategy is to realize that the villagers have more sense of acquisition,happiness and security at both material and spiritual levels.The construction of rural style civilization is not only the focus of implementing the rural revitalization strategy,but also the soul of inheriting traditional culture as well as the key content of stabilizing a good life.The construction of rural style civilization is a comprehensive and multi-faceted systematic project.The construction of rural style civilization under the rural revitalization strategy suffers from the lack of villagers’ sense of ownership,moral misconduct and feudal thinking,and the loss of excellent rural culture.In order to realize the construction of rural style civilization under the rural revitalization strategy,it is necessary to cultivate the sense of rural people’s ownership in the construction of rural style civilization,strengthen rural people’s ideology and morality to improve the atmosphere of rural life,and inherit and carry forward the excellent rural traditional culture.
