新华社北京2022年11月29日电全球公共安全合作论坛(连云港)首届大会29日在江苏省连云港市开幕。中共中央书记处书记、公安部部长王小洪以视频形式出席并作主旨发言。王小洪介绍了中共二十大的重大意义。他表示,中方愿同各方一道,积极践行习近平主席提出的全球安全倡议,始终坚守以人为本、人民至上的价值追求,始终高举合作、创新、法治、共赢旗帜,始终坚持共同、综合、合作、可持续的安全观,始终践行共商共建共享的全球治理观,始终致力于以高水平安全保障高质量发展的目标,打造共商共建共享的全球公共安全合作架构,携手推动构建普遍安全、共同繁荣的人类命运共同体。
