联合教学模式在健康管理专业人员培训中的应用效果评价 被引量:1

Application Effect Evaluation of Joint Teaching Mode in the Training of Health Management Professionals

摘要 目的 评价联合培训模式在健康管理专业人员培训中的应用效果,探索健康管理专业化培训的新模式。方法 对2021年1月6日-2021年7月6日某体检中心工作的医护人员进行健康管理专项培训,将其随机分为试验组和对照组,每组20人。试验组采用联合培训学模式,对照组采用传统培训模式。6个月后,通过问卷调查评价2组学员对培训的满意度、利用理论知识测试和临床实践能力测试进行培训效果的评估。结果 试验组对该培训模式的满意和一般的百分比分别为80%和15%,不满意占5%,而对照组该3项的百分比依次为20%、40%和40%,有显著性差异(P<0.001),试验组理论考试成绩26.1±6.0,对照组的21.9±5.6,具有显著性差异。(P<0.05);试验组实践能力的成绩为38.7±7.2,对照组的32.8±6.0,具有显著性差异。(P<0.01)。结论 联合培训模式在健康管理专业人员培训中,有助于提升学员的理论知识和实践能力,有利于培养学员的学习兴趣和学习主动性,培训效果好,值得进一步推广。 Objectives To evaluate the application effect of joint training mode in the training of health management professionals and explore a new mode of health management professional training. Methods Medical staff working in a physical examination center from January 6th, 2021 to July 6th, 2021 were trained on health management and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 20 people in each group. The experimental group adopted the joint training mode and the control group adopted the traditional training mode. After 6 months, questionnaire survey was conducted to evaluate the satisfaction of the two groups of trainees to the training, and theoretical knowledge test and clinical practice ability test were used to evaluate the training effect.Results In the test group, the percentages of satisfaction and general with the training mode were 80% and 15%respectively, and the percentages of dissatisfaction accounted for 5%, while in the control group, the percentages of these three items were 20%, 40% and 40% successively(P<0.001). The theoretical test scores of the test group were 26.1±6.0, and those of the control group were 21.9±5.6, and had significant difference(P<0.05);The practical ability scores of the experimental group and the control group were 38.7±7.2 and 32.8±6.0, showing significant difference(P<0.01). Conclusions In the training of health management professionals, the joint training mode was helpful to improve the students’ theoretical knowledge and practical ability, and was conducive to the cultivation of students’ learning interest and initiative. The training effect was good, and it was worthy of further promotion.
