关节镜虚拟现实手术系统在骨科临床教学中的应用 被引量:2

Application of Arthroscopic Virtual Reality Surgery System in Clinical Teaching of Orthopedics Department

摘要 目的探讨关节镜虚拟现实手术系统在骨科临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取医院2020年3月1日至2021年3月31日40名骨科临床实习生,按数字表随机法分为两组,每组20人。对照组采用常规教学方案,实验组在传统教学基础上采用结合关节镜虚拟现实手术系统训练的教学方案。记录两组骨科临床实习生的主观及客观考核成绩,满意度,并比较组间差异。结果实验组理论成绩为(86.7±3.6)分、而对照组理论成绩为(86.9±1.4)分,两组间差异无统计学差异(P>0.05),实验组骨科临床操作成绩、关节镜操作评分、对教师教学的评分均高于对照组,分别为(94.5±6.2)分对(87.6±2.5)分,(95.7±1.5)分对(88.3±1.7)分、(96.8±2.1)分对(91.1±1.9)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组临床实习生满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用关节镜虚拟现实手术系统教学,有利于培养骨科临床实习生关节镜操作技能、临床思维能力,提高学生学习效率以及对教学方法的认可。 Objective To explore the application effect of arthroscopic virtual reality surgery system in clinical teaching of orthopedics department.Methods A total of 40 clinical interns in the department of orthopedics in the hospital from March 1st,2020 to March 31st,2021 were randomly divided into two groups with 20 people in each group.The control group adopted the conventional teaching program,and the experimental group was given the teaching program combined with arthroscopic virtual reality surgery system training on the basis of traditional teaching.The subjective and objective test results and satisfaction of clinical orthopedic interns of the two groups were recorded,and the differences between the groups were compared.Results The theoretical score of the experimental group was(86.7±3.6)points,while that of the control group was(86.9±1.4)points,and there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The clinical operation score,arthroscopic operation score and teacher teaching score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,which were(94.5±6.2)vs(87.6±2.5),(95.7±1.5)vs(88.3±1.7),(96.8±2.1)vs(91.1±1.9)respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of clinical interns in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The adoption of arthroscopic virtual reality surgery system teaching was conducive to the cultivation of arthroscopic operation skills and clinical thinking ability of clinical orthopedics interns,as well as the improvement of students’learning efficiency and recognition of teaching methods.
