蒲地蓝消炎口喷液对牙龈炎症的抑制作用

Inhibitory Effect of Pudilan Anti-inflammatory Oral Spray on Gingivitis

摘要 目的观察含有蒲公英、紫花地丁、黄岑及菘蓝提取物的口腔喷雾剂在抑制牙菌斑形成及牙龈炎进展方面的临床疗效和安全性。方法采用随机、双盲、安慰剂平行对照设计将2021年5月11日-2021年10月11日在某院口腔科就诊的126例牙龈炎患者以随机双盲法分为试验组与对照组各63例。所有患者发放不含活性功效药物的牙膏,使用Bass刷牙法刷牙3分钟,每天早晚各1次。嘱三餐饮食后清水漱口,使用相应组别的口腔喷雾剂,每次3次(1次约100μL)。试验组患者使用含蒲地蓝成分的口腔喷雾剂,对照组患者使用安慰剂(不含蒲地蓝中药功效成分,但含有同试验组等量西吡氯铵),记录0、1、2和4周时牙龈指数(GI)、出血指数(BI)和探诊出血百分比(BOP%)等牙周检查指标。结果与基线相比,两组患者使用口喷剂后,第1及2周GI、BI及BOP%等均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。第4周的牙周检查指标(GI,BI及BOP%)显著下降,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(GI,P=0.028;BI,P<0.001;BOP%,P=0.019)。试验组患者的牙周检查指标GI、BI和BOP%与对照组相比,在1周-4周的时间间隔内均明显降低(P<0.001),在2周-4周的时间间隔内亦具有明显的降低趋势(GI,P=0.019;BI,P<0.001;BOP%,P<0.001),两个时间间隔内的各项牙周检查指标差异均具有统计学意义。试验期间无明显不良事件发生。结论含有蒲公英、苦地丁、菘蓝及黄芩的口腔喷雾剂可有效减少牙龈炎症,药物安全性较高。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of oral sprays containing dandelion,viola,cortex scutellariae and isatis indigotica in inhibiting plaque formation and gingivitis.Methods 126 patients with gingivitis in the department of stomatology of a hospital from May 11st,2021 to October 11st,2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 63 cases in each group.All patients were given toothpaste without active efficacy drugs and brushed their teeth with the taught bass brushing method for 3 minutes,once in the morning and once in the evening every day.Order three mouthwash and rinse with water.Use oral spray of the corresponding group,3 times a time(1 times about 100).μL).Patients in the trial group were treated with oral spray containing a mixture of Pudilan.The control group was given placebo(excluding the functional ingredients of the Chinese herb,but containing the same amount of cetylpyridinium chloride as the test group).The periodontal indices such as gingival index(GI),bleeding index(BI)and the percentage of diagnostic blood(BOP%)were recorded at 0,1,2 and 4 weeks.Results Compared with baseline,GI,BI and BOP%in the first and second weeks after oral spray were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The periodontal examination indexes(GI,BI and BOP%)decreased significantly at the fourth week.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(GI,P=0.028;BI,P<0.001;BOP%,P=0.019).Compared with the control group,the periodontal examination indexes GI,BI and BOP%in the experimental group decreased significantly in the interval of 1-4weeks(P<0.001),and also showed a significant downward trend in the interval of 2-4 weeks(GI,P=0.019;BI,P<0.001;BOP%,P<0.001).The differences of periodontal examination indexes between the two time intervals were statistically significant.No obvious adverse events occurred during the test.Conclusions Oral sprays containing dandelion,bitter korin,isatis indigotica and scutellaria baicalensis Georgi could effectively reduce gingival inflammation and have higher safety.
