浅谈许玲教授运用经方和法治疗恶性肿瘤并发杂病

肿瘤往往病机复杂,症状繁多。张仲景在《伤寒杂病论》中,首先提出了和法的概念。许玲教授对于经方和法有着独到的见解,善于运用经方和法治疗恶性肿瘤并发杂病,主张临证当辨是证、用是法、合是方。以柴胡类方和少阳,桂枝汤类方和荣卫,泻心汤类方和寒热,半夏厚朴汤和气机,乌梅丸和虚实,更有经方和法之合方治疗病机复杂者。

Tumors are often complicated in pathogenesis and have various symptoms.In the Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases(Shang Han Za Bing Lun),Zhang Zhongjing first put forward the concept of harmonizing method.Professor Xu Ling,holding an original view on classic prescriptions following the harmonizing method,is good at treating malignancies complicated with miscellaneous diseases using classic prescriptions following the harmonizing method and advocates using proper prescription and correct method under the differentiation of right syndrome.She uses Chaihu Prescription and analogues to harmonize Shaoyang,Guizhi Decoction and analogues to harmonize nutrient and defensive qi,Xiexin Decoction and analogues to harmonize cold and heat,Banxia Houpo Decoction to harmonize qi movement,and Wumei Pills to harmonize deficiency and excess.Additionally,she also employs combined classic prescriptions following the harmonizing method to treat diseases with complicated pathogenesis.
