气虚血瘀型冠心病稳定型心绞痛应用补阳还五汤合丹参饮治疗的疗效分析

Therapeutic Effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with Danshen Decoction on Stable Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease with Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis

目的探讨分析气虚血瘀型冠心病稳定型心绞痛应用补阳还五汤合丹参饮治疗的临床疗效。方法将2019年10月—2021年10月我中心收治的100例气虚血瘀型冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者纳入研究,随机抽签法分为观察组(50例,西医药物+补阳还五汤合丹参饮治疗)与对照组(50例,单纯的西医药物治疗干预)。两组患者皆连续治疗1个月,并随访观察6个月,比较两组患者的临床疗效、中医证候积分、生活质量及并发症情况之间的差异。结果观察组的总有效率、生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后的中医证候积分、并发症率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤合丹参饮治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者的临床疗效显著,能够大幅改善中医证候及生活质量,并发症风险低,临床推广价值显著。

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with Danshen Decoction on the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods A total of 100 patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with qi deficiency and blood stasis treated in Olympic Village Community Health Service Center from October 2019 to October 2021 were included in the study.They were randomly divided into an observation group(50 cases,treated with western medicine+Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with Danshen Yin)and a control group(50 cases,treated with western medicine alone).The two groups of patients were treated continuously for 1 month and followed up for 6 months.The differences in clinical effect,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,quality of life,and complications between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate and quality of life score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the TCM syndrome score and complication rate after treatment were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with Danshen Decoction has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with qi deficiency and blood stasis.It can significantly improve the TCM syndromes and quality of life,with low risk of complications and significant clinical value.
