温经化癥汤治疗寒凝血瘀型子宫内膜异位症所致不孕症的临床研究

Effect of Wenjing Huazheng Decoction on the Treatment of Endometriosisassociated Infertility with Cold Congeal and Blood Stasis Syndrome

目的对温经化癥汤治疗寒凝血瘀证型子宫内膜异位症所致不孕症的效果进行探讨。方法将60例寒凝血瘀型子宫内膜异位症并伴有不孕症的患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组,每组30例,观察组用温经化癥汤治疗,对照组用孕三烯酮胶囊治疗。每组治疗6个月经周期,观察并统计两组患者治疗前后临床症状、体征情况,中医证候积分、肿瘤糖类抗原125(CA125)、同时期子宫内膜血流等相关辅助检查指标的变化情况及治疗后受孕情况。结果观察组临床妊娠、内异症总有效率增高;中医证候积分降低,相关实验室检测指标改善更明显,组间差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论寒凝血瘀型子宫内膜异位症所致不孕症的患者在经温经化癥汤治疗后,患者的寒凝血瘀症状、体征减轻,生化指标改善,妊娠率有提高。疗效显著,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Wenjing Huazheng Decoction on the treatment of endometriosis-associated infertility with cold congealing and blood stasis syndrome.Methods Sixty cases of endometriosis-associated infertility with cold congealing and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Wenjing Huazheng Decoction,and the control group was treated with gestrinone capsules.All the patients were treated for 6 menstrual cycles.The improvement of clinical symptoms and signs,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,and cancer antigen 125(CA125)of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.The endometrial blood flow and other related auxiliary examination indexes in the same period and the pregnancy situation of the two groups after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,in the treatment group,the clinical pregnancy rate and the total effective rate of endometriosis increased,the TCM syndrome score decreased significantly,and the relevant laboratory test indexes were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion After treatment with Wenjing Huazheng Decoction for endometriosis-associated infertility with cold congealing and blood stasis syndrome,the symptoms and signs of cold congealing and blood stasis were significantly reduced,the biochemical indexes were significantly improved,and the pregnancy rate was significantly improved.Wenjing Huazheng Decoction has a significant effect and high clinical application value.
