清热调血汤联合中药保留灌肠对子宫腺肌症患者痛经程度及子宫体积的影响

Effect of Qing’re Tiaoxue Decoction combined with TCM retention enema on dysmenorrhea and uterine volume in patients with adenomyosis

目的观察清热调血汤联合中药保留灌肠对子宫腺肌症患者痛经程度及子宫体积的影响。方法将我院72例子宫腺肌症患者随机分为观察组与对照组各36例,对照组采用清热调血汤治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上行中药保留灌肠治疗,对比两组治疗效果以及治疗前后痛经程度改善及子宫体积、激素水平变化情况。结果治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组痛经视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、子宫体积及国际月经失血图(PBLAC)评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平明显高于对照组,雌激素(E2)、糖类抗原125(CA125)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);随访中观察组复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用清热调血汤联合中药保留灌肠治疗子宫腺肌症可有效改善患者痛经症状,缓解痛经程度、缩小子宫体积,对改善患者激素水平具有一定作用,具有应用及推广价值。

Objective To observe the effect of Qing’re Tiaoxue Decoction combined with TCM retention enema on dysmenorrhea and uterine volume in patients with adenomyosis.Methods Seventy-two patients with adenomyosis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,36 cases each.Control group was treated with Qing’re Tiaoxue Decoction,and observation group were treated with TCM retention enema on the basis of control group.The treatment effect,the improvement of dysmenorrhea and the changes of uterine volume and sex hormone level before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score,uterine volume and pblac in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05);the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH)and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,and the levels of estrogen(E2)were lower than those in control group(P<0.05);the recurrence rate in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qing’re Tiaoxue Decoction combined with TCM retention enema can effectively improve the symptoms of dysmenorrhea,alleviate the degree of dysmenorrhea,reduce the uterine volume in treatment of adenomyosis with a certain effect on improving the hormone level of patients,which has the value of application and promotion.
