中药灌肠对直肠癌术后患者创面愈合的影响

Effects of herbal enema on wound healing of postoperative patients with rectal cancer

目的观察中药灌肠对直肠癌术后患者创面愈合的影响。方法将我院74例直肠癌术后患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各37例。对照组采用高锰酸钾灌肠,治疗组采用中药灌肠。比较两组总有效率,创面水肿、面积、渗液、肉芽组织、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分,白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-8(IL-8)水平,血管内皮生成因子(VEGF)、血管内皮生长因子受体2(VEGFR-2)水平。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组创面水肿、面积、渗液、肉芽组织、VAS评分均低于治疗前,且治疗组创面水肿、面积、渗液、肉芽组织、VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组IL-6、IL-8水平均低于治疗前,VEGF、VEGFR-2水平均高于治疗前,且治疗组IL-6、IL-8水平均低于对照组,VEGF、VEGFR-2水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药灌肠对直肠癌术后患者疗效显著,促进创面愈合,与炎症因子下调、血管内皮生成因子上调有关。

Objective:To analyze the effect of herbalenema on wound healing in patients with postoperativerectal cancer.Methods The 74 patients were randomly divided into 37 cases of treatment group and control group.Control group was given potassium permanganate enema,and treatment group was given herbal enema.The total effective rate,wound edema,area,exudate,granulation tissue,visual analog scale(VAS)score,interleukin(IL)-6,IL-8 levels,angioendothelial factor(VEGF),vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2(VEGFR-2)levels between the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective efficiency of treatment group was higher than control group(P<0.05);the wound edema,area,seepage,granulation tissue,and VAS scores were lower in both groups than before treatment,and were lower in treatment group than control group(P<0.05);the levels of IL-6 and IL-8 were lower in both groups than those before treatment,the levels of VEGF and VEGFR-2 were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of IL-6 and IL-8 in treatment group were lower than those in control group,the levels of VEGF and VEGFR-2 were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Herbal enema has a significant curative effect on postoperative patients with rectal cancer and promoted wound healing,which is related to the down-regulation of inflammatory factors and the up-regulation of vascular endothelial growth factors.
