高碱原材料制备硅酸盐水泥熟料的研究

摘要 采用工业原材料石灰石、高碱页岩、铁矿石按照常规三率值KH=0.92±0.02、SM=2.5±0.1、IM=1.4±0.1进行配料,并引入适量的磷渣制备硅酸盐水泥熟料,通过化学分析、XRD、岩相等检测手段对高碱硅酸盐水泥熟料的化学组成、矿物组成、矿物形貌及物理性能等进行了分析。分析表明,引入适量的磷渣,可改善高碱熟料的液相黏度,促进A矿的发育,改变B矿的晶型,使熟料的标准稠度用水量、凝结时间等物理性能发挥良好,3 d抗压强度可达到39.5 MPa,28 d抗压强度达到59.5 MPa。 Under the conventional three rate values of KH=0.92±0.02,SM=2.5±0.1,IM=1.4±0.1,limestone,high-alkali shale,iron ore and a moderate amount of phosphorus residue were used as raw materials to make high alkali ordinary Portland cement clinker,which is tested with the chemical composition,mineral composition,microscopic analysis and the conventional physical properties by Chemical analysis,XRD,petrographical examination and other detection methods.The results showed that the introduction of appropriate amount of phosphorus slag can improve the liquid viscosity of high alkali clinker,promote the development of alite crystal,change the crystal type of belite crystal,and make the physical properties of clinker,such as water requirement for standard consistency and setting time play well.3 d compressive strength of clinker can reach 39.5 MPa,28 d compressive strength of clinker can reach 59.5 MPa.
