摘要
阐述各组试验表面粗糙度数据的极差分析,得出了平面及30°斜面上铣削参数对拐角表面粗糙度的影响规律,探讨影响因素,同时确定平面及30°斜面上环铣刀加工拐角的优选参数组合。
This paper expounds the range analysis of each group of test surface roughness data, obtains the influence rule of milling parameters on the corner surface roughness on the plane and 30 ° inclined plane, discusses the influence factors, and determines the optimal parameter combination of the ring milling cutter on the plane and 30 ° inclined plane to process the corner.
