摘要
本文主要研究了如何利用美国热电ARL-4460型光电直读光谱仪测定中低合金钢中的氮元素。通过对钢样样品制备、校准曲线-MVR多变量回归程序、漂移校正样品标准化、共存元素干扰、类型标准化和气路密封性等方面的分析以及精密度和准确度比对实验,采取了相应改进措施以提高美国热电ARL-4460光谱仪对钢中氮元素分析结果的准确性。该方法解决了氧氮仪对钢中氮元素分析周期长、样品难加工、检测成本高的问题,取得了满意效果。
This paper studies American thermoelectric ARL-4460 photoelectric direct reading spectrometer to determine nitrogen in low and medium alloy steel.Through the analysis of steel sample preparation,calibration curve MVR multivariable regression program,drift correction sample standardization,coexisting element interference,type standardization,gas path sealing and the comparison experiment of precision and accuracy,corresponding improvement measures are taken to improve the accuracy of nitrogen element analysis results of American thermoelectric ARL-4460 spectrometer,and solve the problems of long analysis cycle of nitrogen element in steel,difficult sample processing and high detection cost.The satisfactory results have been achieved.
