青年返乡创业融入乡村振兴发展具有基础性意义和全局性作用。当前,青年返乡创业存在着乡村文化资源稀缺、政府政策扶持不明确、青年创业信心不足等问题。立足于党的领导和国家发展战略,不断完善基层政府就业扶持机制,以优秀乡村文化铸魂育民,培养新型“职业农民”,是推动乡村振兴纵深发展的有效之举。青年要始终把“共同富裕”作为创业的出发点和落脚点,融入乡村带动居民就业,扎根土地推动乡村振兴。

The integration of youth entrepreneurship into the development of rural revitalization has a fundamental significance and a global role.At present,there are disadvantages of"scarce rural cultural resources","unclear government policy support"and"insufficient confidence in youth entrepreneurship"for young people to return to their hometowns.Based on the Party's leadership and the national development strategy,it is an effective measure to promote the deep development of rural revitalization by constantly improving the employment support mechanism of the grass-roots government,casting the soul and nurturing people with excellent traditional rural culture,and cultivating new types of"professional farmers".Young people should always take"common prosperity"as the starting and ending points of entrepreneurship,promote employment in the countryside,and promote rural revitalization by taking root in the land.
