休闲农业是一种符合现代社会的新颖乡村产业形态,也是推动乡村振兴的新途径。休闲农业的资源基础立足于“三农”,经营内容融合于“三产”,服务宗旨定位于“三生”。当前休闲农业助力乡村振兴的掣肘问题在于产业发展模式同质化严重,乡村环保意识相对薄弱,村民主体内生动力不足,产业治理体系有待完善,乡村领域人才极度匮乏。因此,休闲农业助力乡村振兴应打造特色乡村产业,数字赋能扩宽营销渠道;加强生态宜居建设,提升乡村生态治理水平;培育文明乡风,激发村民主体原生动力;完善管理体系,提升乡村产业治理实效;引进各方人才,完善乡村人才队伍建设。

Leisure agriculture is a new form of rural industry in line with modern society,and also a new way to promote rural revitalization.The resource base of leisure agriculture is based on"agriculture,rural areas and farmers",the business content is integrated into"three industries",and the service purpose is positioned in"three industries".The constraints of leisure agriculture in promoting rural revitalization lie in the serious homogenization of industrial development model,the relatively weak awareness of rural environmental protection,the lack of endogenous motivation of villagers,the imperfect industrial governance system,and the extreme shortage of talents in rural areas.Therefore,leisure agriculture should create characteristic rural industries to boost rural revitalization,and digital empowerment should expand marketing channels;Strengthen the construction of ecological livability and improve the level of rural ecological governance;Cultivate civilized rural style and stimulate the primary motivation of villagers;Improve the management system and enhance the effectiveness of rural industrial governance;Introduce talents from all sides and improve the construction of rural talent team.
