聚偏氟乙烯(无PFOA)涂料性能比较研究 被引量:1

摘要 由于PFOA(全氟辛酸)本身的难降解性以及生物累积性等明显缺陷,世界各国对其使用限制明显加强且逐步开始禁用,找到能替代PFOA的乳化剂并聚合出涂料性能合适的树脂也成了目前的研究方向之一。选用3种不含PFOA乳化剂的PVDF(聚偏氟乙烯)树脂分别配制成面漆、清漆、底漆3种涂料,并对涂料进行了相关应用性能和流变性能的测试。结果表明:PVDF 3种面漆涂料的应用性能都能达到普通涂料的应用标准且与含有PFOA乳化剂的涂料性能相当;清漆类涂料流变结果中,3号样品黏度很大(10^(6)cP),施工困难;面漆类涂料流变结果表明,3种涂料流变性能比较接近(10^(2)cP);底漆类涂料流变结果表明,2号样品的流变性最好(10cP),施工时不易产生流挂。该研究为PFOA类乳化剂逐步退出市场提供了一种选项,且为不含PFOA的PVDF涂料应用及施工优化提供了理论支持。 Due to the obvious defects of PFOA(perfluorooctanoic acid)such as its biodegradability and bioaccumulation,countries all over the world have significantly strengthened their restrictions on its use and gradually began to ban it.Finding emulsifiers that can replace PFOA and polymerizing resins with appropriate coating properties has also become one of the current research directions.Three kinds of PVDF resins without PFOA emulsifier were selected to prepare top coat,varnish and primer,and the related application properties and rheological properties of the coatings were tested.The results show that The application performance of three kinds of PVDF topcoats can meet the application standard of ordinary coatings,and the resin performance is equivalent to that of PFOA emulsifier;In the rheological results of varnish coatings,the viscosity of No.3 sample is very large(10^(6)cP)and difficult to construct;The rheological properties of the three coatings were similar(10^(2)cP);The rheological results of gray base coating show that the rheological property of No.2 sample is the best(10cP),and sagging is not easy to occur during construction.This study provides an option for PFOA to gradually withdraw from the market,and provides theoretical support for the application and construction optimization of PVDF coatings without PFOA.
