绿色技术创新、环境绩效追求对我国生物质能消费的不对称作用研究——基于NARDL模型的实证检验

摘要 通过非线性自回归分布滞后模型(NARDL),研究1990—2019年我国绿色技术创新、环境绩效追求对生物质能消费在长短期内的不对称作用。实证结果表明,绿色技术创新、环境绩效追求分别在长期与短期内对生物质能消费产生不对称影响。长期内,绿色技术创新的增加对生物质能消费产生正向促进作用。短期内,国家对环境绩效的追求显著促进生物质能消费增长,但对提升环境绩效热情的降低将会使生物质能消费出现更大的负向反弹。同时,结果表明市场化不利于生物质能发展。政府应加强在生物质能市场的主导作用,推行有利于低碳发展和绿色技术创新的政策措施。 This paper examines the asymmetric effects of green technology innovation and environmental performance pursuit on biomass energy consumption in the long term and in the short term in China from 1990 to 2019 with the nonlinear autoregressive distributed lag(NARDL)model.The empirical results reveal that green technology innovation and environmental performance pursuit have asymmetric effects on biomass energy consumption in the long term and in the short term respectively.In the long term,the improvement of green technology innovation has the positive promoting effects on biomass energy consumption.In the short term,the national pursuit for environmental performance significantly contributes to the growth of biomass energy consumption,but the lowering of enthusiasm on the improvement of environmental performance will bring about a greater negative rebound in biomass energy consumption.Meanwhile,the results show that marketization is not conducive to the development of biomass energy.The government should strengthen its leading role in the biomass market and adopt policies and measures beneficial to low-carbon development and green technology innovation.
