摘要
作为战略性新兴产业,大数据产业与高技术制造业耦合协调发展对我国经济高质量发展具有重要作用。以大数据产业与高技术制造业耦合机理分析为切入点,建立两产业综合评价模型和耦合协调度模型,对两产业耦合协调发展进行测度、分级评价及影响因素分析。研究发现,我国大数据产业与高技术制造业具有天然的耦合优势,呈现两产业交替拉动其耦合协调度不断提升的发展态势,未来应继续保持两产业发展规模层面的高耦合协调优势,提升高技术制造业对大数据产业研发投入的推动效应,加快推动大数据产业融入高技术制造业。
Big data industry is a strategic emerging industry.The coupling and coordinated development of big data industry and high-tech manufacturing industry plays an important role in the high-quality development of China′s economy.Based on the analysis of the coupling mechanism between big data industry and high-tech manufacturing industry,the paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation model and a coupling and coordination degree model of two industries,by which the coupling and coordinated development of two industries is measured and graded,and the influencing factors are analyzed.It finds that China′s big data industry and high-tech manufacturing industry have natural coupling advantages,and the coupling and coordination degree is promoted alternately by two industries.In the future,it is necessary to keep the advantages of high coupling and coordination at the level of development scale,enhance the driving effect of high-tech manufacturing industry on R&D investment of big data industry,and accelerate the integration of big data industry into high-tech manufacturing industry.
