摘要
半固态成形技术能显著改善7075铝合金的性能。本文采用旋转热平衡法制备7075铝合金浆料,研究浇注温度、旋转时间对7075铝合金半固态组织的影响规律。结果表明:当浇注温度从665℃降低到635℃时,浆料的平均晶粒尺寸从118μm降低到72.4μm,形状因子从0.52上升到0.72;当旋转时间从60 s延长到120 s时,晶粒尺寸从67μm增大到95μm,形状因子从0.67下降到0.56。
The semi-solid forming technology can significantly improve the performance of 7075 aluminum alloy. 7075aluminum alloy slurry was prepared by using rotating heat equilibrium method. The effect of casting temperature and rotation time on the semi-solid structure of 7075 aluminum alloy was studied. The results show that when the pouring temperature is reduced from 665℃ to 635℃, the average grain size of the slurry decreases from 118 μm to 72.4 μm, and the shape factor increases from 0.52 to 0.72. When the rotation time is extended from 60 s to 120 s, the grain size increases from 67 μm to 95μm, and the shape factor decreases from 0.67 to 0.56.
