生态伦理视角下农村生态环境治理研究

Research on Rural Ecological Environment Governance from the Perspective of Ecological Ethics

农村生态环境治理是乡村振兴、美丽乡村目标实现的重要一环。在生态伦理视角下,人类的道德诉求与农村生态环境治理关系密切,生态伦理中蕴含的共生共荣共长理念为农村环境治理构建愿景。随着当代经济的高速发展,我国农村生态环境治理水平得到大幅提升,但仍存在环境治理伦理理念薄弱、经济发展轻生态环保、生态化治理多样复杂、治理实践资源配置失衡等治理困境。要解决这些问题,就要把生态伦理思想贯彻其中,从治理理念、治理目标、治理方式、治理实践四个方面,优化农村环境,激发治理活力,打造“环境治理共同体”,构建农村环境治理新格局。

Rural ecological environment management is an important part of rural revitalization and the realization of beautiful countryside’s goal. From the perspective of ecological ethics, the moral appeal of human beings is closely related to rural ecological environment governance, and ecological ethics contains the concept of symbiosis, common prosperity and common prosperity to build a vision for rural environmental governance. With the rapid development of contemporary economy, China’s rural ecological environment governance level has been greatly improved. But there are still some governance dilemmas, such as weak ethical concept of environmental governance, economic development neglecting ecological environment protection, diverse and complex ecological governance, and unbalanced resource allocation in governance practice. To solve these problems, we must implement ecological ethics, optimize rural environment, stimulate rural environmental governance vitality and build an "environmental governance community" from four aspects: governance concept, governance goal, governance value and governance practice.
