摘要
玉米赤霉烯酮(ZEA)是谷物中最常见的真菌毒素之一,可造成20%~30%的饲料浪费。ZEA可以对动物的肝脏、肠道、肾脏造成严重的氧化损伤。ZEA作为雌激素类似物,能够干扰内分泌平衡,影响动物的繁殖性能。文章总结了ZEA对猪生长性能的影响及其作用机制,列举了消除ZEA的物理、化学和微生物法并分析其局限性,重点阐述利用天然植物提取物,如葡萄籽提取物、番茄红素缓解(消除)ZEA毒性的研究进展,为解决饲料霉菌污染问题提供参考。
ZEA is the most prevalent mycotoxins found in cereals,resulting in feed wastage by 20%~30%.ZEA can cause severe oxidative damage to liver,intestines and kidneys of animals.ZEA,as an estrogen analogue,can interfere with endocrine balance and affect the reproductive performance of animals.The paper summarizes the effect of ZEA on growth performance of pigs and its mechanism of action,lists the physical,chemical and microbial methods to eliminate ZEA and analyzed its limitations,and focuses on the research progress of alleviating(eliminating)ZEA toxicity by using natural plant extracts,such as grape seed extract and lycopene,to provide reference for solving the problem of mold contamination in feed.
