摘要
开展盆栽试验,研究经放线菌NP6-7和ND5-1处理后的辣椒植株防御辣椒疫病的效果以及辣椒叶部组织多种酶活性及MDA含量的变化。结果表明,供试的两株拮抗菌均起到了一定的诱导植株抵抗疫病的作用,防病效果在65%上下。接种NP6-7后,植株叶片中SOD、POD、PPO和PAL的总体活性高于接种ND5-1的处理。MDA含量测定结果表明两种放线菌的菌液对辣椒安全。
The defense of pepper plants treated with actinomycetes NP6-7 and ND5-1 against pepper blight and the changes in various enzyme activities and MDA content in pepper leaves were studied in pot experiments. The results showed that the two antagonistic bacteria played a certain role in inducing pepper resistance to the disease, and the disease prevention effect was about 65%. After inoculation with NP6-7, the overall activities of SOD, POD, PPO, and PAL in pepper leaves were higher than those of ND5-1 treatment. The determination of MDA content showed that the two actinomycetes were safe to pepper.
