数字反哺视角下城市中老年人个人数字存档行为影响因素研究

Research on Influencing Factors of Personal Digital Archiving Behavior of Urban Middle-Aged and Old People from the Perspective of Digital Feedback

[目的/意义]数字反哺是中老年人数字融入的一道桥梁.本研究旨在了解城市中老年人个人数字存档情况及数字反哺情况,分析影响个人数字存档的因素,并根据研究结果提出有关建议.[方法/过程]采用半结构访谈法收集了 15位城市中老年人的访谈资料,借助质性分析软件Nvivo12,通过扎根理论构建了城市中老年人个人数字存档行为影响因素模型.[结果/结论]研究发现媒介因素、环境因素、资源因素、个体因素和自身需求因素均能够对城市中老年人的个人数字存档行为产生影响,且数字反哺从多个角度对个人数字存档行为起到调节作用.

[Purpose/Significance]Digital feedback is a bridge of digital integration for middle-aged and elderly people.The purpose of this study is to understand the situation of personal digital archiving and digital feedback of middle-aged and elderly people in cities,analyze the factors affecting personal digital archiving,and put forward some suggestions according to the research results.[Method/Process]The interview data of 15 urban middle-aged and elderly people were collected by semi-structured interview method.With the help of qualitative analysis software Nvivo12,the influencing factors model of urban middle-aged and elderly people’s personal digital archiving behavior was constructed by grounded theory.[Result/Conclusion]It is found that media factors,environmental factors,resource factors,individual factors and self-demand factors will all affect the personal digital archiving behavior of middle-aged and elderly people in the city,and digital feedback can regulate personal digital archiving behavior from many angles.
